These terms apply to the Northlit app, published by Botanic Rain FZE, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
A forecast, not a promise
The aurora chance is an estimate from NOAA models and forecasts. The aurora can appear when the chance is low and stay away when it is high, and alerts can arrive late or not at all (for example when NOAA data or notifications are delayed). Use your own judgement when you go out at night: dress for the cold, watch the weather and roads, and stay safe.
Subscriptions
Northlit Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers. It renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Northlit is provided "as is" and we are not liable for loss or harm arising from forecasts, alerts, weather or travel to see the aurora.
