Delete your Northlit account

You can delete your Northlit account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

Open Northlit, tap You, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account, places, alert history and settings are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email botanicrainfze@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Northlit account". We delete the account and its data within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, email address, saved places and their settings, alert history and device notification tokens. Anonymous diagnostics not linked to you may be kept for up to 90 days. Payment records are kept by Apple or Google, not by us.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
